The hat arrived in a small plastic bag. My initial reaction was that it looked smaller than I’d imagined. Straight out of the package, the faux fur felt a bit cheap and wasn’t as soft as I’d hoped. The bear ears were adorable, though they appeared slightly uneven. I’d ordered the white version, which was a stark white—almost too bright—making me concerned about stains.
